É em Junho que a horta é mais gira de se ver. Muita verdura... e muita miniatura! 

Se nunca viram os vegetais em fase de crescimento, então hoje partilhamos convosco a doçura de uma horta nesta época do ano. 

Aqui estão alguns vegetais na passagem da flor para o fruto.

É também no final da Primavera/ início do Verão que as aromáticas estão em força. Por aqui temos Hortelã, Oregãos e Alecrim. Conseguimos apanhar alguns oregãos para secar.

É verdade que uma horta exige cuidados constantes e muita dedicação, mas também é gratificante ver o trabalho dar frutos e ter a cozinha recheada de vegetais saudáveis de sabor genuíno e cheiro inesquecível.

It is in June that the garden look cuter. Lots of greenery...and lots of miniatures!  

If you've never seen growing vegetables, than today we share with you the sweetness of a vegetable garden at this time of the year.

Here are some vegetables going from flower to fruit.

Others have left the flower behind and the fruit is growing now.

It is also in the late spring/ early summer that herbs are in great force. Around here we have mint, oregano and rosemary. We got some oregano to dry.

It is true that a garden requires constant care and a lot of dedication, but it is also gratifying to see the work bear fruit and have the kitchen stuffed with healthy vegetables of genuine flavour and unforgettable fragrance.
